Verdandia is the magical duet of Adria Amenti on harp and Alison Streich on violin.
Together Adria and Alison create beautiful, healing music.
Verdandia is equally at home in a concert setting, or providing the perfect back ground music for an event. The music can be familiar, as in the beautiful strains of Bach or O'Carolan, and it can be entirely new, improvised in the moment. Their concerts are intimate, fun and healing. Listeners come away refreshed and lightened. As artists, Adria and Alison enjoy working in collaboration with various artists to create multi-media experiences - including visual artists, dancers, healers and educators. Verdandia is flexible and enjoys performing in a wide variety of settings including clubs, churches, parties, markets, festivals, and conference centers.
In addition to musical performance, Adria and Alison also enjoy teaching seminars, workshops and retreats. Verdandia offers presentations on a variety of topics, and it is possible for us to create a presentation for your specific event.
